SYND Ghana is a youth organization that advocates for youth inclusion in the Governance of Ghana's Natural Resource and Environmental Sector. We train and educate young people on climate change and other environmental issues such as biodiversity, energy access through continuous capacity building workshops and research in order for young people to be well equipped with knowledge on environmental issues to be able to contribute effectively to all national and sub-national decision making processes. We have two main teams at SYND, they are the policy and communications team. These teams are made up of young people who develop various advocacy materials such as educational and communication tool kits, facts sheets and policy papers which are used to embark on public awareness creation on climate change through regular social media campaigns and community outreaches. We also build the capacity of young people to enable them simplify national documents and policies on climate change for the average Ghanaian to read and understand. www.syndghana.org
